Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
A structured treatment that combines ketamine sessions with therapy before and after, guided by our psychiatrists and therapists together.
What it is
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a structured treatment that combines ketamine with therapy. Your psychiatrist and therapist work as one team, planning each step with you.
Treatment includes preparation sessions, supervised ketamine sessions in our clinic, and integration sessions where you work with your therapist to make sense of the experience.
Who it may help
- Adults living with depression or other mental health conditions who want a therapy-centered approach
- People already working with a therapist, or open to starting
- Anyone who has completed a medical and psychiatric evaluation with our team
Your clinician will talk with you about whether this treatment is a good fit.
